The challenge

  • Cut load time from 4.2s to 0.8s with caching, image optimisation and a plugin clean-up.
  • Streamlined checkout from five steps to two, with local payment options shoppers trust.
  • Built an SEO foundation — product schema, fast pages and bilingual content — then layered a focused Google Ads campaign on top.

The result

Within four months, online sales tripled, organic traffic was up 162%, and the bounce rate on mobile fell sharply. The brand now adds new products to a store that's fast, findable and built to convert.
