A faster website ranks higher and converts more
We audit your site, fix what's slowing it down and improve your Core Web Vitals score — so Google rewards you with better rankings and your visitors don't bounce before the page loads.
These are the speed and performance problems we fix most often
“Our PageSpeed score is in the red and we don't know where to start”
You've run the test. The score is 32. The recommendations are technical jargon. You close the tab. The score doesn't fix itself and the gap keeps costing you ranking positions.
“The site was fast when we launched but keeps getting slower over time”
WordPress accumulates speed debt: more plugins, more unoptimised uploads, more database bloat. Without regular maintenance, page load time increases steadily on an unmanaged site.
“We are losing mobile visitors because the site is too slow on a normal connection”
You don't notice it on office wifi. Your customers on average Maxis or Celcom signal? They bounce after 3 seconds. That is 53% of your mobile visitors lost before they read a word.
“Our bounce rate is 80%+ and we have tried everything except fixing the speed”
High bounce rate has many causes, but slow load time is the most common on Malaysian business websites. A one-second improvement reduces bounce rate by 10–20% on average — it's usually the first thing we address.
What we fix and improve
Core Web Vitals
We target LCP, CLS and INP — the signals Google uses directly in rankings.
Image compression
All images re-encoded to WebP and lazy-loaded so pages load faster without sacrificing quality.
Code minification
CSS, JS and HTML minified and unused code removed to trim every kilobyte.
Caching & CDN
Browser caching and a CDN configured so repeat visitors get instant load times.
Technical SEO fixes
Broken links, duplicate meta, missing schema and crawl errors identified and fixed.
Before/after report
PageSpeed Insights score and GTmetrix report delivered before and after so you see exactly what changed.

Why website speed is a ranking signal and a revenue driver
Google confirmed page speed as a ranking signal in 2010 for desktop and 2018 for mobile. Beyond rankings, speed is directly tied to revenue — every second longer your page takes to load costs you real enquiries and sales.
What Core Web Vitals are
Google's Core Web Vitals are three specific measurements: LCP (Largest Contentful Paint) — how long until main content is visible; INP (Interaction to Next Paint) — how fast the page responds to clicks; CLS (Cumulative Layout Shift) — whether elements jump around as the page loads. Google uses these as direct ranking factors. A "Good" score on all three is the target — not a perfect PageSpeed number.
Milliseconds and money
Amazon measured that every 100ms of additional load time cost them 1% in sales. Google data shows a 1-second delay in mobile load time reduces conversions by up to 20%. For a Malaysian e-commerce site doing RM50,000/month, a 3-second load time versus 1 second could mean losing RM10,000–15,000/month — from nothing wrong with your product or pricing, purely from impatience. Speed is the cheapest conversion rate improvement available.
The most common speed killers
The highest-impact improvements for most Malaysian WordPress sites: uncompressed images (uploading full-resolution phone photos is the most common cause of slow sites); too many plugins (each adds HTTP requests and PHP execution time); no page caching (without it, WordPress runs database queries for every visitor); and database bloat (post revisions and transients accumulate over years). Fixing these four typically improves load time by 40–70%.
What PageSpeed Insights scores mean
Google's PageSpeed Insights scores 0–100 in green (90–100), amber (50–89) and red (0–49). A common misconception is that you need a perfect 100 to rank well — you don't. The difference between 85 and 100 is rarely meaningful for rankings or user experience. What matters is the underlying Core Web Vitals metrics, not the aggregate score. We focus on the specific opportunities in the report rather than chasing a round number.
Images: the fastest win in web performance
A single unoptimised hero image can add 2–5MB to a page that should be under 1MB total. Modern formats (WebP, AVIF) are 25–50% smaller than JPEG at the same visual quality. Lazy loading — loading images only when they scroll into view — reduces the initial page weight dramatically. Converting all images to WebP and adding lazy loading has produced 40–60% speed improvements on sites we've audited. It's unglamorous — and the highest-leverage optimisation on almost every website we see.
Common questions
What score should I be aiming for?
A PageSpeed score of 80+ on mobile is a good target. Anything above 90 is excellent. We'll tell you what's realistic for your site type.
Will optimisation affect my website's look?
No — images look the same, design stays the same. Only the file formats and delivery method change.
My site is on WordPress — can you still optimise it?
Yes — WordPress is one of the most common sites we optimise. We work with your theme and plugins, not against them.
How long does the full optimisation take?
Most sites are done within 3–5 working days. Larger or more complex sites may take a bit longer.
