Executive Chauffeur needed a digital presence that matched the quality of their Toyota Alphard fleet — dark, authoritative, and built to convert high-value bookings via WhatsApp.

The challenge
Executive Chauffeur operates a fleet of premium Toyota Alphard vehicles for airport transfers, corporate travel, weddings, and city tours across the Klang Valley. Before the new site, their only digital touchpoint was WhatsApp — no way to showcase the fleet, explain pricing, or build the trust signal that a RM300–RM1,500+ booking demands.
The brief was clear: build something that feels as premium as the cars themselves. Clients comparing chauffeur services online need to see quality instantly — not a generic template.
What we built
- Dark luxury design — deep charcoal backgrounds, gold-toned accents, and high-resolution fleet photography give an immediate premium signal without saying a word.
- Transparent pricing table — every fixed-route fare (KLIA, Putrajaya, Singapore, Genting and more) is visible upfront. Hourly and daily rates are prominent. Removing pricing friction is the single biggest conversion lever for high-ticket services.
- Four clear service buckets — Airport Transfers, Business Travel, Special Occasions, and City Tours — so visitors self-qualify and land on the right WhatsApp CTA immediately.
- Fleet showcase section — dedicated gallery for the Alphard with interior shots, communicating legroom, leather seating, and comfort before a customer even books.
- 3-step booking flow — chat, share trip details, enjoy the ride. Reduces perceived effort for first-time bookers.
Design decisions worth noting
Luxury transport brands (Uber Black, Grab Exec) all trend dark. It signals premium, reduces visual noise, and makes gold/silver photography pop.
No complex form or payment gateway needed. Malaysian luxury clients prefer confirming via WhatsApp — we lean into that rather than fighting it.
The result
The site now acts as a 24-hour sales brochure — prospects can check routes, confirm pricing, and initiate a booking at any hour without waiting for a response. The fleet gallery and professional layout build the trust required to commit to a premium service before the first conversation.
