The challenge
Dr Muhammad has spent over two decades transforming students who arrive failing and leaving with straight As. The results speak for themselves — but they weren’t speaking online. Parents searching for tuition in their area would land on social media posts, WhatsApp numbers, and word-of-mouth referrals that couldn’t capture the scale or credibility of what Mastan actually delivers.
The problem wasn’t the product. It was the presentation. When a parent is deciding where to place their child’s SPM future, they want to see evidence of the methodology, proof of results, and a reason to trust — all before picking up the phone. None of that existed on a single page they could visit and bookmark.
What we built
- Authority-first homepage — the first thing a parent sees is the transformation claim: “Pakar Transformasi G ke A — Membina Generasi Straight A’s.” It’s not a tagline; it’s a promise. Every element on the page then backs it up.
- Dr Muhammad’s credentials front and centre — 20+ years isn’t a number buried in an about page. It’s positioned as the reason to choose Mastan over any other tuition centre in Malaysia.
- Programme overview section — subjects, exam targets (SPM, PMR, PT3), and the specific methodology (direct topical coverage, KBAT techniques, spot questions) explained in plain language parents and students understand.
- Testimonials and FAQ section — real student outcomes and answers to the most common parent objections (fees, schedule, locations, results guarantee) reduce friction before any call is made.
- Single WhatsApp CTA — the goal is a conversation, not a form. Every section ends with one clear next step: chat with the Mastan team.
Design decisions worth noting
Competitors list subjects and prices. Mastan leads with the outcome — straight As. Outcome-first copy converts at a much higher rate because it speaks to what the parent actually wants, not what the tuition centre offers.
For a tutoring business, the teacher IS the product. Putting Dr Muhammad’s face, qualifications, and track record at the core of the design creates differentiation that can’t be copied by a generic tuition franchise.
The result
Mastan now has a digital home that matches the scale of the in-person reputation. Parents who previously needed three WhatsApp messages to understand what Mastan offers can now visit one page, see the methodology, read the results, and make the call. The site works as a 24-hour intake filter — delivering qualified leads who already believe in the approach before the conversation starts.
