Start with the website tier
The website is your foundation — everything else amplifies it. If you have zero online presence, the 1-Page Landing (RM599) is the fastest way to have something professional live. If you're replacing an old site or launching properly, the 5-Page Website (RM999) is the most versatile pick — it covers Home, About, Services, Blog and Contact without being oversized. The Ecommerce option (RM899) is specifically for businesses that sell products online; it's WooCommerce with payment gateway and stock management included.
Which add-ons actually move the needle
Instant 24-Hour is worth it when you have a deadline — a launch event, a campaign, a product drop. SEO & GEO Advance sets up on-page SEO and AI visibility signals at launch, when they're easiest and cheapest to implement. Logo & Brand Kit is essential if you don't have a consistent visual identity yet — launching with a mismatched identity wastes the investment in the site. Multi-language is high value for businesses serving both BM and English (or Chinese) speaking customers. Extra Pages and Revisions are self-explanatory add-ons for scope adjustments.
Care Maintain: do you need it?
If your site runs on WordPress or WooCommerce, you need a maintenance plan. WordPress sites that receive no updates are compromised on average within 12–18 months of launch. The Essential plan (RM299/yr ≈ RM29/mo) handles the basics — updates, backups and uptime monitoring. Pro Care (RM399/yr) adds faster response times and more content edits per month. Managed+ (RM659/yr) is for businesses running multiple sites or a WooCommerce store where downtime costs money per hour. Static sites have significantly lower maintenance overhead — if you're on a static build, we'll be honest with you about what you actually need.
The 5% combo discount — what triggers it
The combo discount applies when you select items from 2 or more of these three categories: Website, Add-ons, or Care Maintain. Google Ads management and per-unit marketing (social posts, AI videos) are excluded from the discount — they're billed separately and at cost. The discount is flat 5% regardless of how many categories you combine. On a RM1,500 combo, that's RM75 back — not life-changing, but it's the honest acknowledgement that putting a full package together in one go saves both sides coordination overhead.
What's not included — and why
Domain registration and annual renewal are not bundled because we believe you should own your domain name directly in your own registrar account — not through your agency. If you ever change providers, your domain shouldn't be a hostage. Similarly, ad spend for Google Ads goes directly to Google; we're a management layer, not a reseller of media. Being explicit about what the fees don't include isn't a limitation — it's so you can plan your total cost of ownership clearly before you commit.

Do I pay once, or is this a subscription?
Websites, add-ons and Care Maintain plans are one-time or annual payments — no monthly subscription to manage. Only Google Ads management is billed monthly, since ad spend itself is ongoing.

Google ad spend itself, premium plugins, stock photos beyond what's included, or domain/hosting renewal fees are billed at cost and always agreed with you first.
Can I edit the website myself after it's done?
Static sites (1-Page & 5-Page) don't have a CMS login — any text or image changes are done via WhatsApp/email request, covered by your Care Maintain plan or billed as an add-on Revision. The Ecommerce (WooCommerce) package includes a full CMS where you can manage products yourself.
